Boom! is a tribute to the Eindhoven legend Peter Pan Speedrock!

Tigre Blanco makes sultry rock songs, in which Americana, flamenco, film music, gypsy and soul enter into a dark alliance. Music that sounds like the soundtrack of a new ‘paella western’ by director Quentin Tarantino: cinematic acoustic rock music with a raw twist. A comparison with artists such as Calexico, Johnny Cash, Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen and Tom Waits is often made, but this band cannot be pigeonholed.

Tigre Blanco is a beast that has more than earned its stripes. They have tramped across the Spanish playas, crossed the Norwegian fjords and were admired in their own country at festivals such as Oerol and the Parade. In the last 2 seasons, Tigre Blanco has performed her theatre show “het Tijgersnest” throughout the Netherlands, with the highlight being the Kleine Komedie Amsterdam.
